I'm a red-blooded male American. I have questions now that things have gotten so confused:
- Which bathroom am I supposed to use?
Many establishments left things the way they were, but I feel a little guilty just going to the men's bathroom if I'm supposed to be doing something else.
- Can I use the other bathroom?
I've done this several times already. When no women were around I've ducked into the women's bathroom and used it. I thought it was supposed to be nicer, but with all the hovering and prissy-ness it seemed a little dirtier in the women's restroom. Hmmm
- Can I just go outside?
This would be a true expression of freedom of choice, but health standards are such that outdoor urination and defecation are considered unhealthy for a community. Though San Francisco is learning a lot more about that than they wanted to.
Those are my questions. I guess I'll continue doing what I was doing until I learn something else...
