Loyalty and AI

As more and more hiring managers lean on artificial intelligence services to help them sift through applications for employment and resumes loyalty will become more and more important.

We all live in great pools of data that we don't have control over. Phone calls, emails, social media posts and comments, browsing histories, online payments and purchases, fitness data, all will paint a very descriptive picture of it behaviour.

When people are loyal their data will reflect it.

Artificial intelligence isn't some bogey man waiting to scare everybody by running amuck and it of control. They are basically pattern recognizers that can sort through mounds of data and use that data to predict things.
